Thank you for your letter dated 10/18/10 asking if we were satisfied with your store’s service on an 18-year-old piece of furniture. We were very satisfied and look forward to many more years of use from this little chest of drawers. We only wish that you still carried the replacement guides for the other three drawers just in case they also eventually wear out. We understand, however, that we were given the last drawer guide you had, and that Pennsylvania House is no longer in business. We will just keep our fingers crossed that we will not need any further repairs.
We have been shopping at your store since it was in Van Nuys, and we have always been satisfied with our purchases.

Thank you for the follow up letter. Leonard handled everything efficiently and did a follow up and the fellows who came to make the adjustments on the file cabinets were very good and very careful and neat. I was very pleased at the immediate response I received when I called to let Leonard (I believe that is his name, I should have made a note) was so helpful and receptive and his follow up impeccable.
